UK startup Voda raises £270K to make LGBTQIA+ mental health accessible
This week we announced our latest investment in Voda, the UK-based mental health startup for the LGBTQIA+ community. We led the £270k pre-seed round, with participation from Lightbulb Trust and ULTRA VC.
Mental health issues are on the rise globally, with the growing queer population particularly affected. The Voda team has developed an award-winning app offering evidence-backed tools to help queer people build self-compassion, heal and release shame.
The funding round was covered by a number of publications, including Business Insider, TechFundingNews, and Diva Magazine.
